Registration Terms and Conditions
- All registrations will be reviewed for category accuracy. If you are unsure of which category to choose, email flavorcon@allured.com for assistance. Please allow 48 hours to respond.
- All registration fees are in U.S. Dollars. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
- Promo/discount codes cannot be applied to existing registrations.
- Student Policy:
- Students are encouraged to attend the event and may qualify for a discounted rate.
- Please email a copy of your valid student ID or unofficial transcript to flavorcon@allured.com to receive your discount code. Please allow 48 hours to respond.
- Press Registrations:
- Please send an email to wpc@allured.com with your credentials to see if you qualify for a free press registration. Please allow 48 hours to respond.
- Group Registrations:
- Registering a group of three (3) or more attendees from the same company? Your group may qualify for a discount!
- Email flavorcon@allured.com for more information and to register your group.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancellations and partial refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. However, substitutions are allowed – you may replace your registration with another person.
- Accepted cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee before Friday, August 26, 2024. Cancellations requested/approved after August 26, 2024 are subject to a 50% fee.
